The Quick Guide, published on 8th October 2011 is a
resource that will help to guide you through the essentials of the
recruitment process and tells you what to expect, what is involved,
how the recruitment process works and where to find out more.
This year the Quick Guide talks about the UK Offers

note that the UK Offers System website will only be used by the
following deaneries and specialities:
- West Midlands
-
Anaesthesia and ACCS Anaesthesia
- Yorkshire and the Humber -

If you are applying to any of the specialites managed by
deaneries listed above you will be required to register with the UK
Offers System website. You can find out more about this
by going to the UK Offers
System section of the website.
For applicants applying to deaneries and
specialties that are not listed above you will receive your

via the UK Offers System. Full details on how to apply for
each specialty can be found on the websites of each
organisation.
All first offers in Round 1 GP and specialty recruitment will be
issued UK wide by 9th March 2012. When you receive a
Round 1 offer, you will be asked to accept, hold or reject within
48 hours (including weekends and bank holidays). You will be able
to hold one Round 1 offer (and only one) while waiting for other
